I'm not sure how many people live in Arivaca, but it's very small.  The town is near a lovely riparian area known as the Arivaca Cienega (see the first two photos on this page).  We thought about getting married there, but flooding that year made it impossible.

Sasabe, Arizona is on the Mexican border and last I heard, was very small (under 100 people).  It features a small cafe - and that is about it.  Sasabe, Mexico, right across the border, has grown in recent years, but I'm not sure what its population is.
